P90X - Day 73 - Shoulders & Arms & Abs oh my

Now that'll motivate you. That workout is so awesome. It gets the muscles and veins bulging from the start...who wouldn't like that? Today we hit this baby hard and pushed the arms & shoulders to full tilt. Then we hit good ole abs...and today I'm feeling it. Please forgive me if you find any typos that I didn't...my forearms are jelly. Sweet!
