Well.....tonight after a hard day's work (long)....me and a coworker went and had a small steak with steamed carrots and a small salad....(I'm not going to cheat!!!) Came back to the hotel and after letting the food digest (NO PUKE KENEWAYNE)...I hit KenpoX and punched ole Tony in the face! Not really, that would've hurt my Laptop!
I can say that after doing CardioX last night and KenpoX tonight, I really think that CardioX draws more sweat!
