P90X - Day 2 Plyometrics X

CRAAAAP....oh my that kicks arse. And does it with a lot of burning. Day 2 was a one hour, kick your butt, leg burning, heart thumping, non-stop hard, hard, hard workout. Lots of burning thighs. If you want to change your lifestyle....DO THIS!!!!!

Not much to post other than I'm more excited than ever to push myself through this next 88 days....I've never looked forward to punishment on my body, but each day wake up looking forward to whats next. Oh...what is next? Shoulders and Arms....and AB RIPPER X!!!

More tomorrow. I think I lost 20 pounds in sweat today. Good stuff!
