Stretching today....ahhh yes. Late night and then off to bed. What a great way to kick in a good 8 hour Corpse Pose....I may even throw in a roll or two.
Long day, long week already so stretching out is a great relaxer!
Not much else to say...kicked in PhaseIII diet and actually ate a sandwich today for lunch. Felt wierd eating it, but satisfying.
Chicken Burrito tonight for supper.....Grilled Chicken, Grilled onions & peppers, cilantro, 2% cheese, tomatoes on low carb, whole wheat tortilla...and back on the grill to infuse the flavors....all with a side of stinky pee asparagus....
I think Core is again tomorrow....ready, ready!
