Wow....what a difference a week makes....2nd round of Plyometrics and I guess kinda knowing whats coming helped a ton. Not to say it isn't still the motherlode of cardio (it still burns like no other)....but, after a week, I feel stronger and definetly feel better with my results.
So...if you do P90x and are getting frustrated in the 1st week....well...stick with it. You will improve.
