P90X - Day 29 - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and ABS

Wow!!!! Check your pride at the pause button...this day is tougher than nails. If you want the definition of "tight"....look at my arms. I was really looking forward to starting this, but back to the unknown. The slow motion and moving pushups are killer and if you normally use a lot of weight on triceps....drop some. You'll want to. OK...now that I'm done whining....I now know why these next weeks yield lots of results.

Abs were awesome today....I did all 25 of the wide leg situps and did 40 each on the Oblique V-ups!!!! I'm starting to see a big Ab sticking out....now its time for it to have some baby abs.

Salmon tonight....Plyometrics tomorrow!!!!
