P90X - Day 13 - Kenpo X

What can I say but....Kenpo X is awesome! What a fun way to shed a bunch of calories! All I can say is that if you do something like Kenpo X you can't do it half way....you have to snap the punches, blocks, elbows and kicks....like you're hitting someone it the face. And it'll feel gooooood!!!!

Tomorrow is the end of the 2nd week and its only getting better. Anxious for day 30 to see the progress....I already see enough but won't get satisfied yet!
